I lead and guide enterprises and ecosystems designed to enable transformational change at scale durably. My goal is to build the conditions that inspire, enable and reward the individual and collective mindsets and behaviours that promote healthy and thriving societies, economies, and natural ecosystems.
I do so because since my early years, I have experienced and witnessed the impact of outdated systems and cultures. Systems and cultures that are extractive, exploitative, uninformed, inefficient, isolating, and that strip people of dignity, joy and agency.

Humanity
We must foster empathy and understanding across societies and cultures.
Governance
We must center the needs and experiences of those most impacted by our systems in the design and delivery of our systems and their objectives.
Purpose
The purpose of our systems should be to foster and regenerate the long-term wellbeing of people, places and planet, not to concentrate short-term economic benefit.
Participation
Getting there is a collective undertaking and Everyone has a role to play
Agency
Rather than feeling defeated and powerless people should feel inspired and equipped to act.

To foster the adoption and durability of change I bring deep listening and theoretical grounding to both individuals and systems, and look at all issues holistically. My work bridges local and global scales, frontline and institutional perspectives, embodied and collective leadership, inner and system work. It fosters clearer seeing, wiser action, and more humane collaboration.
Decoupling scale from the use of resources
To accelerate the pace and scale of change, without requiring always more resources, I blend social innovation and collective action with future-ready tools such as digital technology, business modelling, data analytics, strategic communications and the sciences of brain, body, behaviour, trauma and human relationships.
The combination of these approaches unlocks human potential and fosters more efficient and resilient results. It enables lasting outsized impact.
