My name is Valeria.
For the past fifteen years, I have been working to help stories, ideas and behaviours that benefit people, places and planet move from the fringe to the mainstream.
I have done so by building and leading organisations, supporting the work of others and contributing to the broader ecosystem and policy conditions that make change possible.
This drive comes from a simple reason: I have experienced and witnessed directly the loss of dignity, agency, and joy created by outdated systems and cultures and the knock-on effect they have on people and on nature.
I’m driven by a vision of a world where everyone can live well, dream big and engage in shaping societies where all forms of life thrive and belong.
A world where the wisdom and wellbeing of people and what matters to them are at the centre of our economies, governance and cultures.
For this to become reality, I strive to foster empathy and understanding across society and to shape the narratives, ecosystems and conditions that unlock imagination, inspire and enable individual and collective action, reinvent our vision of what success means and redirect power, resources and attention.

Valeria works at the intersection of narrative transformation, policy influencing, movement and field building and social innovation as levers for economic, governance and social transformations that benefit people, places and planet.
She has founded benchmark social enterprises that transformed industry practices and mobilised and redirected capital to local creative and regenerative economies; co-stewarded global movements representing 6,000+ social innovators across six continents; and has been a thought partner to impact leaders in over 30 countries and public sector representatives across contexts.
Through all this work, she seeks to accelerate the industrial and systemic changes we need most today and engages at all levels: from the frontline to the multilateral.
